Privacy and cookies

This notice explains how Blogic S.r.l. processes the personal data of people who visit www.blogic.it and of people who write to us by email, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Data we process

Browsing data. The servers hosting the website automatically log some technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser and operating system. This is needed to run the website and keep it secure.
Data you send us. If you email us, we process your email address, the content of your message and any other details you choose to give us. The contact form on vcad.it is covered by that website's privacy notice.

Purposes and legal basis

Replying to your requests and handling any negotiations or contracts: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Keeping the website running and secure, and protecting our rights in case of misuse: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Meeting legal obligations, such as tax and accounting: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We do not use your data for marketing or profiling.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request and, if no contract follows, for no more than 24 months. Browsing data is kept for no more than 6 months, unless it is needed to investigate a crime. Data related to a contract is kept for 10 years, as required by Italian civil and tax law.

Who can access the data

The data is processed by authorised Blogic staff and by providers of technical services, such as website hosting and email, appointed as processors (Art. 28 GDPR). We do not sell or disclose the data. If a provider processes it outside the European Economic Area, the transfer only takes place with the safeguards of Articles 44–49 GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its processing and to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to support@blogic.it. If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or with the authority of the country where you live or work.

This website only uses technical tools that it needs to work, which do not require consent. We use no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server too: browsing the website sends no data to external services.

If we add analytics tools or third-party content in the future, we will only enable them with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete stored data from your browser settings.
